  2. Your pin is your first barrier of protection, access to your account without a PIN is impossible. Please avoid writing your PIN on documents easily accessible by anyone but yourself.

  2. Effective 1st May 2010, all clients must produce their SMART CARD to perform any transactions in the branch. Furthermore, account access is denied unless you enter your PIN in the keypad provided in the branch.
  1. Considering that your SMART CARD is mandatory to access your accounts, it must be stored in a safe place. In an unfortunate situation you lose your SMART CARD please contact us as soon as possible.
  1. The minimum balance is ZMW 2,000.
  1. At maturity, you can choose to transfer the interest earned and capital back to savings account or you can roll over the capital and / interest into a new investment at a new market rate.
