Charles has experience in the telecommunication and construction industries as Accountant, his immediate past role being accountant at Simu Construction. This involved among other things management of key stakeholders such as Tax Authorities and Workers Compensation. At EFC he has held the role of Treasury Manager before being appointed Head of Risk and Compliance.

Charles is a Chartered Financial Analyst Level 2 Candidate, a finalist of the Master of Science in Accounting and Finance with the University of Zambia and further studying Certified Expert in Risk Management (CERM) with Frankfurt School of Development Finance. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Copperbelt University.
