Martha Msoni-Mwondela joined EFC Zambia in 2010 as a Legal Officer and rose to the position of Head of Legal/Company Secretary. She is responsible for overseeing the legal function, in addition to her Company Secretarial role.

Martha has experience in Credit Risk Analysis, Compliance and Company Secretarial. She has worked with Legal Resource Foundation as a Legal Officer and Johnson Mwondela and Advocates law firm as an Intern. Martha is a member of the Law Association of Zambia and the Zambia Institute of Banking and Financial Services where she obtained a post graduate Diploma in Risk Management. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Commercial and Corporate Law.

She is a holder of an LLB Degree from the Zambian Open University and an Advocate of the High court for Zambia
