Payment Channels
You can now make your loan repayments from the convenience of your home, office, or business without coming to the EFC branches through any of three network providers, MTN, Airtel and Zamtel. Just follow the steps below:
- Dial *115#
- Enter option 4 – Make Payment
- Enter option 7 – Insurance and MicroFin
- Enter option 3 – EFC
- Enter Amount
- Enter reference number (should always be Member Number and Name)
- Enter PIN.
- Dial*115#
- Enter option 2
- Then enter option: 6
- Enter Merchant ID: EFCZAM
- Then amount
- Reference: Member number and Name
- Enter PIN to confirm.
- Dial *115#
- Enter option 4 – Pay bill
- Enter option 6 – Merchant payments
- Enter option 1 – Pay by merchant code
- Enter merchant code – 14547
- Enter reference/account number (must always be name and member number)
- Enter Amount
- Enter PIN.
