Position Title :                   Tele-Collections & Sales Interns

Department :                     Operations

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for energetic fresh Diploma graduates to join our team as Interns for a period of 3 to 6 months in our Tele-collections unit and Sales unit based in Lusaka.

Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism, attention to detail, client confidentiality and good organizational skills.

Tele-collections Unit

• Client Engagement
• Payment Reminders and Default Management
• Record Keeping
• Customer Support

Sales Unit

• Market Scope
• Data entry
• Marketing of EFC’s Products and Services
• Customer Support
