Helen Samatebele possesses 35 years management experience in, among other disciplines, Corporate Governance, Strategic Planning and Risk Management, Business Development, Policy Formulation and Financial Management across Government, Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Private Sector. Hellen also has vast Board experience having served on many Boards such as the Stanbic Bank Zambia Board for several years, the Tobacco Board of Zambia, Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia, Maamba Collieries, and the Civil Society for Poverty Reduction Board. She holds a Diploma in Nutrition from the Natural Resources Development College in Zambia and several certificates in various disciplines such as Management of Enterprise Development, Corporate Governance and, Human Resource Management. She is also member of the Institute of Directors in Zambia.
