Dr. Chimuka Leo Haamukwanza is the Chief Executive Officer at Mukuba Pensions Trust and is the Vice President, Northern Region, of Institute of Directors of Zambia (IoD).

He previously worked in the Pensions Supervision department of the Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA), a regulatory institution of the pensions and insurance industry in Zambia in different portfolios including as Manager Compliance and Inspections, Inspector, Senior Business Analyst. Prior to joining PIA, Dr. Haamukwanza worked with PRIDE Zambia, a microfinance institution that operated in the Zambian financial sector in the early 2000s. He holds a Doctorate from the University of Witwatersrand, MSc in Social Protection Financing obtained from the University of Mauritius and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Copperbelt University. Dr. Haamukwanza is also a Chartered Accountant with ACCA.
