Mary has over 15 years microfinance and banking experience. Prior to joining EFC in 2015, she worked with PRIDE Zambia, Barclays Bank Zambia and Standard Chartered Bank Zambia.

Mary has extensive knowledge and experience in advanced credit management, branch operations and client relationship management. She rose through the ranks from the position of Credit Officer to Operations Manager whilst working for PRIDE Zambia prior to joining Barclays Bank Zambia. While at Barclays, she held positions such as Head of Operations for the Barclays Zambia Microfinance project, Manager-SME, Agency and Legal Recoveries and as Collections & Recoveries Strategy Manager. She also worked as Collections Manager for the Unsecured Credit portfolio for Standard Chartered Bank Plc.

Mary holds an MBA from the Eastern & Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI) and a BSc in Production Management from the Copperbelt University.
