You can now make your loan repayments or savings deposits from the convenience of your home, office, or business without coming to the EFC branches through any of three network providers, MTN, Airtel and Zamtel. Just follow the steps below:
Before you start...
- Know your full EFC account number. This is the 12-digit account number that starts with the number 2, for example: 200000000000. You will be prompted to enter it as you complete the transaction.
- Enter full EFC account number (for example: 200000000000) – the account name will appear on your screen after you submit the account number
- Dial *115#
- Select 1. Send Money
- Select 4. Banks
- Select 2. E-wallets
- Select 6. EFC
- Enter full EFC account number
- Select 1. Continue
- Enter Amount
- Enter Airtel Money PIN
- Dial *115#
- Select 1. Send Money
- Select 5. Other Wallets
- Select 00. Next
- Select 1. EFC
- Enter full EFC account number
- Enter Amount
- Enter reference
- Enter MTN MoMo PIN
- Dial *115#
- Enter option 4: Pay bill and Merchant payment
- Enter option 2 – Merchant payment

- Reference: Member number and Name
